This notice explains how Switchboard Solutions handles the personal information you give us when you get in touch. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you, and we don't sell your data.
Switchboard Solutions provides communication automation, customer follow-ups and websites for independent garages in the UK. For any privacy question or request, call us on 07700 173245 or use the enquiry form on our website.
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, your garage or business name, your email address, your phone number, the service you're interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss how we might be able to help your garage. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We handle your enquiry so we can take steps at your request before entering into any agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where we rely on your consent (for example, the consent box on the form), you can withdraw it at any time.
Your enquiry is handled through our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our secure customer-management system, under appropriate agreements. These providers process the data only to deliver their service to us.
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then we securely delete them. If you go on to become a customer, we keep what's necessary to provide the service you've asked for.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, call us on 07700 173245. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party content delivery network, to display the site correctly. We don't run analytics or remarketing. If that changes, we'll update this notice first.
